Fast and Easy

That's what these cookies are!
I believe I have posted about them before,
but they are so cheap and easy to make,
it bears repeating.

You will need:
Some chocolate cake mix - 1 box
3 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Some sugar

Heat your oven to 375 degrees,
and then...

take whatever chocolate cake mix you like
( I usually get the butter chocolate one, but I had German chocolate on hand),
add the eggs and the vegetable oil and mix thoroughly.
Drop spoonfuls on your cookie sheet
(I used about a tablespoon and it makes about a dozen cookies,
the smaller the spoonful, the more cookies it makes -Duh!),
and slap that baby in the oven between 8-10 minutes.
I like my cookies more on the undercooked side,
so I put them in there for 8 minutes, but just play
around with the time until you get the cookie
consistency that you like.
Whatever you do, do NOT cook them until they look cooked.
Guaranteed - they will be burned.

Anyways... moving on,

Let the baked cookies sit for a couple minutes,
then place them on wax paper to cool and top with sugar.

 Voila!
Cheap and easy cookies.
Give it a try and let me know how it turns out.

Have you ever tried this recipe before?
If so, what mix did you use?
Anybody make it with a white cake mix, or lemon?
