My niece's turned 4 a few weeks ago, and my parents decided to attend her birthday party.
They ended up driving to her house, and had a little surprise in the back of their car.

My dad personalized the little seat for her.

Dad said that he took the wood from around his house and kind of sculpted the wood until he had a look that he liked. It was adorable and I told him he should sell them, surely he could get $50-$100 for them.
His reply, "Heck no! I'd have to charge $900 for the amount of time it took me."
Gosh, like father like daughter...must be genetic!
