I'm not in the pictures because I'm taking pictures, and truth be told, the P90X workout kills me.
I'm doing the stretching part, as much of the modified version as I can,
and I plan to walk on the treadmill or take a 30-45 minute walk.
Hey something is better than nothing, right.
