Okay, I get cold just as much as the next person, but this might be taking getting warm a little too far. 

Never mind that it's creepy and reminds me of a scary movie (Jason with his mask!), although I'm pretty sure that if a killer were wearing this, the victim could escape because the killer would have to hop after them like they were in a gunny sack race. 

 Even if they could catch you, they'd have to ask you to hold up while they pulled their axe out of either the face hole or foot hole. 

That sounds too difficult.

Maybe we could name the scary movie The Knitted Bird (get it, like Birds, but knitted.  Because she looks like a bird in her sweater thing-whatever.)

Weird.

Sunday was just a fun packed day, a visit with Dennis, stuffed mushrooms, me making dinner for Todd and an awesome surprise from my mother-in-law, Anne.

Chicken marsala, rice with lentils, garlic bread and salad.

Texas Sheet Cake that Anne made...YUMMERS!

It's like brownie and cake combined.  How can you go wrong?

When Anne brought the cake over it was still warm.

Can you say heaven. 

She recreated the recipe that I posted about a little while back.

I would highly recommend trying out this recipe. 

And while I didn't make it, I was the taste tester and I give it a 10 out of 10.

I have a confession.  These two songs were my favorite songs in high school

(thus the teenage angst title).

I love the songs, but the videos are a bit strange.  You gotta love the 80's!
